Private Client Lawyer
If you have strong client skills, a positive attitude and are looking for your next challenge, this may be the role for you. The role will require you to undertake a broad caseload of private client matters including Wills, Probate, Succession Planning, Estate Administration, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection Deputyship applications.

· Able to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
· Conscientious, approachable, and enthusiastic
· Able to quickly build confidence, respect and trust with clients and colleagues
· A good working knowledge of Microsoft office and case management systems
· STEP qualification is desirable but not essential
· Knowledge of trust work preferred.
Property Lawyer
Are you an experienced Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive looking for your next opportunity? Join our small, dynamic, and busy law firm based in the picturesque town of Hay-on-Wye. With a strong, longstanding client base, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Handle more complex transactions such as new build and shared ownership properties.
Provide expert guidance throughout the full conveyancing process, from initial instructions through to completion.
Utilise case management systems effectively to ensure the smooth running of all cases.
Maintain excellent client relationships and provide clear, concise communication throughout the transaction process.
The Ideal Candidate:
A qualified Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing.
Confident in handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, including leasehold and new-build properties.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
Proficient with case management systems and IT systems.
Able to provide exceptional service to a diverse range of clients.
